How does the “Capital Region 20 Pound Challenge” work?

The Capital Region 20 Pound Challenge is a great opportunity to come try the Capital Region’s elite personal training program and completely transform your body.  Once you register, you’ll receive an email receipt, as well as a confirmation email with important information on scheduling your weigh-in and initial assessment.

For just $147, participants will receive 6 weeks of UNLIMITED large group metabolic training sessions, 6 weeks of customized meal planning, access to our private VIP Facebook accountability group and UNLIMITED support and motivation from F.I.T. Staff and Trainers.

Do I have to continue afterward?

When you register for the Capital Region 20 Pound Challenge, you are committing to ONLY 6 weeks, nothing further.

If you enjoy the program and love your awesome results, we have membership options to fit all your training needs, as well as your budget.  With memberships ranging from 3 months up to 12 months in length, you can rest assured that for a monthly investment of between $197/month — $247/month you’ll have access to the Capital Region’s premier training facility, a done-for-you training program that’s guaranteed to give you incredible results and a group of fitness professionals that are second to none in the Capital Region.

I’m not in shape, can I do this program?

Are you the same as CrossFit?

We are NOT like CrossFit, and never will be.  Our small group personal training program incorporates sound scientific research with proven training methods and results-based nutrition coaching to provide an infrastructure where our clients can experience consistent progress toward their goals in a supportive & encouraging environment where risk of injury is NOT an implied element of participation.

Our trainers have education in the areas of exercise science, motor behavior, human anatomy, nutrition science and exercise programming, as well as nationally-recognized certifications from strength & conditioning associations.  We don’t do “weekend certifications” and throw you in with unqualified trainers.

What Happens After I Register?

Once you complete and submit the registration form above, you’ll be directed to complete your registration and then fill our a short online screening questionnaire.  You’ll then receive a confirmation email in your inbox … so be sure to add our email address to your “white list” (fitstrengthconditioning@gmail.com).

Upon receiving your registration, a member of the F.I.T. staff will give you a call to confirm your start date and answer any questions you may have about our program, give you directions and let you know what you need to bring with you on your first day of training.
