Corey House, Founder & Owner
Corey started F.I.T. in March of 2008 and has slowly expanded it's reach to include the areas of Albany and Saratoga Springs. What began as a small group exercise class offered just 3X per week has grown to become the Capital Region's most comprehensive strength & conditioning program with (2) of the area's elite fitness training facilities.
With an education in physical education & exercise science from SUNY College at Cortland, the experience of helping thousands of clients experience success and first hand knowledge of what it feels like to be overweight & out of shape, Corey has crafted a comprehensive strength & conditioning program that allows all clients to achieve optimal health by addressing the essential elements of fitness training, proper nutrition and social support. Corey's ultimate goal is to help as many Capital Region residents as possible in their pursuit of a healthy, happy and LONG life.
In his down time, Corey enjoys playing golf, basketball, going to movies, traveling, watching Red Sox & Celtics games and spending time with friends. Corey can be reached any time at firstname.lastname@example.org
Rebbekka Graziano, Certified Trainer
The great New York State has been my home my whole life, growing up in a small country town named Greenwich. I attended SUNY College at Cobleskill, where I earned my associate’s degree in science, then transferred to SUNY College at Cortland, earning my bachelor’s degree in fitness development.
I am a certified personal trainer and working for my CSCS certification (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist).
I pursued this career path to help individuals achieve their goals, be a motivator and an inspiration. Even though I am young, I am constantly reading to continue to learn every aspect of the fitness realm to be the best I can be, and deliver the results my clients want.
Some hobbies I enjoy are camping, kayaking, riding four wheelers, fishing, watching movies, hanging out with my friends, hiking, skiing and snowboarding. Anything in the great outdoors I enjoy ... the fresh air is so rejuvenating! Of course I love working out, especially strength training and pushing my body to new lengths. I am intrigued to see how far the human body can pushed to perform.
I have competed in a powerlifting competition and my two favorite exercises are deadlifts and burpees, which we do a lot here at F.I.T.!
