F.I.T. Strength & Conditioning
All personal training sessions meet at Albany F.I.T. on the following days/times:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8 AM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 11 AM (beginning August 26th)
- Monday & Wednesday: 3 PM (beginning August 19th)
- Tuesday & Friday: 3 PM (beginning August 19th)
All personal training sessions are scheduled by appointment only, no drop-in sessions.
