At this time, there is no need to use the scheduling system below to book your sessions.  Simply decide which session(s) best fit your schedule from the list below and attend … that’s it!

Once (if) you become a full-time client of F.I.T. Strength & Conditioning, you will receive a member login to access the online scheduling system.

Saratoga Springs Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:

  • 6 AM, 4:45 PM & 5:45 PM

Saturday:

  • 7 AM

Albany Schedule:

Monday – Friday:

  • 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM

Tuesday ONLY:

  • 6:30 PM

Saturday:

  • 7:30 AM

Foundations of F.I.T. Beginner’s Class:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday @ 6:30 PM
