F.I.T. Strength & Conditioning

Large Group Metabolic Resistance Training Program +

Large group Metabolic Resistance Training sessions meet at Albany F.I.T. on the following days/times:

  • Monday — Thursday: 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 5:30 AM, 6:30 PM, 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM
Small Group Personal Training +

All personal training sessions meet at Albany F.I.T. on the following days/times:

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8 AM
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 11 AM (beginning August 26th)
  • Monday & Wednesday: 3 PM (beginning August 19th)
  • Tuesday & Friday: 3 PM (beginning August 19th)

All personal training sessions are scheduled by appointment only, no drop-in sessions.

Student-Athlete Training Academy +

Athlete performance training sessions meet at Albany F.I.T. on the following days/times:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday & Friday: 7:30 PM

All athlete performance training sessions are scheduled by appointment only, no drop-in sessions.
